• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory. Large withdrawals will not be processed without it.

Bijoy 7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account found to be engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled, stakes are generally refunded, though specific market conditions may apply.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement for most bonuses is 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the terms.

• Abusing bonus offers or attempting to exploit the system may result in account termination.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Creating or operating an account using another person's details.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hack the platform's systems.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Betting related to match fixing, spot fixing, or corruption.
